RSystems Endpoint Management deploys core tools across your device fleet to enable remote patching, antivirus and malware protection, asset tracking, inventory documentation, and security policy enforcement. Coverage scales with your fleet.

This service covers back-end fleet administration only. We do not provide end-user or help desk support. Remote access capabilities are used for back-end diagnostics and patch management, not for user-facing assistance. Major OS version upgrades and third-party application support are project-scoped engagements outside the monthly subscription.

Initial Setup

  • Install and configure agents for automatic data collection and reporting
  • Configure automated alerts on supported devices
  • Assign team for active fleet monitoring and management
